Deleted page, made sandbox, explained to the first guy.
Undid edits by second guy and banned him. I don't think his activities were trolling and so the ban is fairly short, but he didn't communicate after a warning and continued to change statistics, so it leaves us with little choice. He's banned for only a month.

But was it made with the intention of trolling? From the deleted content, doesn't seem like it to me. It seems they misinterpreted and applied incorrectly a form of scaling and made a profile for a non canon character, which seemed based on fan content. They even provided references for it.
So a warning + instructions should suffice.

It looked pretty over the top to me, being Tier 0 and not seeming to have any justification for it. And we have been getting a lot of similarly nonsensical profiles made by new users lately.
Still, if you reckon they're sincere, an instruction message is fine.

Bit random removing the "at least". I know that Shinra has a class 100 calc, but I'm not sure about why it would be class 1 to class 10, seems like the user doesn't know what they're doing from that information.
