Likely sockpuppet of this user, who made a very similar edit to the same page and likewise has only one edit.
I reverted the edit and warned the user, but I suspect sockpuppetry. I originally locked the page, but that seems unnecessary and potentially counterproductive, so I unlocked it again.

Just letting it be known, this blog was originally made as a Wiki page by mistake. I deleted the page and preserved the content in a message on the user's wall, and advised them to make it as a blog. The user was very cooperative and has done so, and I have advised them of how calculations are evaluated here. Turned out they were already reading up on calculation rules.
I don't think this needs to be recorded as any violation, in fact I'd oppose any attempt to do so, I just want to mention it so people know why the page was deleted, know the issue is dealt with, and know the page was not malicious.
