Why were most Vertigo characters upgraded to High Outer ?

And I have another question : why are Lucifer, the Overvoid, the Source and the Great Darkness still 1-A ??

1st Question: Changes to Cosmology
Lucifer - He's going to get upgraded if Toddler didn't upgrade him by the time I send this.
Overvoid/Source/GreatDarkness - They fall under a different cosmology and aren't affected by changes to Vertigo.

hello, the Overvoid, Source and Great Darkness tiers are really inaccurate. I would scale The Source to Tier 0, because it is way powerful than anything else.

Different continuities have different portrayals of the same character. Also being way more powerful isn't a good enough reason on it's own to make someone 0

The source is no longer the ultimate in latest canon. The source become the light and the light and the the great darkness are duality. The light grew into Overvoid. So, current canon is overvoid = source = light. The presence aka God is the one who brought the light (source).
