Why MCU's Quicksilver has variable Durability?

Also, why his High 8-C rating scale to Cap? I get not scaling to Hawkeye, but Cap has 8-C feats AND fought High 8-C Iron Man

Yeah the dura thing and Captain America calc should be removed from his profile. He's a 9-B glass cannon, right?

His High 8-C comes from Ultron, I reckon

And not just be plain High 8-C?

Coz he surrounds himself with an aura of energy as he runs. His base dura would scale to Wanda

Because the two durability thing is a relic of the past which was agreed upon to be removed but people look past it.

It was back when Quicksilver had a variable tier.
