why Lord Boros likely 5-B

He is likely 5-B because their is also a statement of his attack being able to destroy the planet someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Wow lol a thread actually questioning his higher end, thats new. We High 6-A as a low end and 5-B as a high end for Boros, Multi-Continent level comes a calculation of Boros' Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon having the power to destroy the surface of the earth, and the Planet level rating comes from statements in the guidebook and anime of Boros being able to destroy the planet itself.

Its because the creator of One Punch Man contributed a lot to the anime and guidebook (Where the Planet level ratings come from) as well as the manga (Where the Multi-Continent level rating comes from). The manga is considered the primary canon but we still take the anime and guidebook into consideration as a secondary canon due to this.
