Why isn't Tier 2 banned from FCOC?

As the title: Why isn't Tier 2 given the same scrutinity of Tier 1/0, as nothing really stops someone from slapping "infinite timelines" in a verse despite that having no benefit of the story.

This isn't going to be a revision or an attempt to change standards, just a genuine question.

Because it's extremely obivious when someone who has no idea what they're doing makes a Tier 1/0 page and despite the approval thread and rule it still happens more often with these tiers than any other tier. There is an effort made to look over all new page creations to make sure that what you described doesn't happen.

Tier 2's can still have good plots and stories if they are done right, they are required to be good quality afaik though

From our Site Rules:

Tier 0, 1, or 2 profiles and characters of similar, godly strength should have proper, established, and unique stories making them such. If evidence is found of an individual constantly adjusting their pages with presumed intent to increase power and win Versus Matches, the page will be deleted and the individual will be given a warning.

All previous rules apply doubly to pages of these high tiers. They should be properly formatted and explained, and should be bigger than just a couple thousand bytes. There's no limit to how many pages of these tiers you can have, but if you just churn out low-quality pages of these tiers you may net yourself a ban from making more said pages.

Tier 2 is expected to reach a much higher standard.

It is just isn't required to be reviewed because you can't go as far with it, and so far there hasn't been a massive, uncontrolled influx of terrible Tier 2 pages like there was back when we didn't audit Tier 1.

If you see someone who is just inserting infinite universe nonsense into their pages for the hell of it, feel free to report that, though.
