and Seiya's 9th sense form is Low Multiversal iirc in that key.

Wouldn't that mean 2-C Bronze Seiya with the 9th Sense?

It's because at the very end of that movie (in the credits scene), Seiya with his cloth leaves a scratch on Apollo's cheek, implying that Seiya's attacks can affect Olympian Gods of similar caliber in some way.
