Why is Tobirama listed as an anti-hero?

Tobirama doesn't do stuff out of his own self interest, but out of stuff for the village.

Antiheroes are characters that, while still heroic, lack conventional heroic traits and motivations, often instead doing heroic things out of self-interest. While the conventional antihero is often amoral and violent, antiheroes may also be more soft-spoken, as long as they still go against the traditional heroic mold.

Tobirama possessed the hallmark traits of a Hokage, aside from a jolly smile, which would qualify him for being a Hero. The only reason he had a prejudice against the Uchiha is that he viewed them as a potential threat to Konohakagure due to their powerful emotion-based abilities (i.e., Sharingan), and considering what happened in the future with Sasuke, he was justified in his uneasiness, albeit a bit misguided in his approach.
