Attack Potency is energy and motion right? The Overlook hotel isn't hitting people with itself is it? Isnt that what the 8-B tier implies? Shouldn't The Hotel be Unknown?

Not really, Reality Warping and the like are also considered AP, Striking Strength is what involves how hard someone can punch.

Well the reasoning of "Exists within, throughout, and as the entire massive Overlook Hotel, possessing control over its interior" doesn't make that quite clear. Also shouldn't it be "8-B with Reality Warping" then? And is it's reality warping that strong? Isn't it only really able to affect reality within it and on its property? Does it ever show reality warping on a City Block Scale?

It has been shown to have some degree of control over the entirety of the hotel. The City Block level was just an estimate for size.

But then is that a weakness as I said above? That it only can effect the property and its building? or is that just range?
