You'd want Noir to scale to Spider-Man, there are arguments for him being a tier lower than that. Based on Spidey's tier changing or not, he might be 8-B, 8-A or Low 7-C. It's better to wait for that revision to resolve firsthand.

Well, until 616 Spidey gets revised or not, 8-A Noir should be fine.
He literally gets oneshot by every Low 7-C that he can barely damage it's hilarious, so 8-A should cover him not being disintergrated by a hit but still be out of comission for the entire storyline.

Wait, can AP scale from Durability? If so, I'll apply the tier changes. I bring this up, because he has no AP feats at 8-A level, they're all 9-B. He has far more impressive Durability feats

Hmm. This might be problematic, upto a point where this character may be unuseable in any VS Battle. I reckon he can (barely) affect and harm them, therefore he should be able to scale, right?

So henceforth an upgrade is unneeded as of now it seems. We should likely add a note to the page that the character doesn't scale from crossover events.

Probably. It's very unlikely the sequel is going to potray him Low 7-C based on a comic series, so he should scale from his own source as well.
