Shouldnt it just be listed as his attack speed being at that speed, people might think his actual speed is that.

It does specify its with his En and Photon tho? It's a specific attack and ability, it'd be like saying "Peak Human, Supersonic with Gun", it's just specifying the attack and ability itself, which is even better imo than a vague "attack" speed.
