Why is Emerl Small Star level?

Look, I get Emerl absorbed an unknown portion of the Final Egg Blaster's power, and was overloaded with it, but why is he scaled to Small Star level which is so far from its full yield. I personally disagree with the notion and plan to make a CRT at some point. But I think absorbing unknown power from the Final Egg Blaster (Not the residual energy as I've heard, I don't recall anything in the final story implying he was absorbing the residual energy of the blast, but rather energy from the Final Egg Blaster itself) should only be Small Star level. I think he should be comparable to its yield, and I believe there's a possible argument that Emerl absorbed the energy of the blaster up until the point that it only has the power to destroy Earth (As the Final Egg Blaster only threatened to destroy the Earth, not the entire Solar System) which could substantiate him absorbing a fair portion of its power (most).

So if someone could tell me where the Small Star rating came from, I would appreciate it.

It comes from a calculation of the Eclipse Cannon being "Powerful enough to pierce the stars" and him being semi-amped by the Chaos Emeralds which are what fuel the Eclipse Cannon to do the feat.

Thank you, this helps a lot! That does make more sense albeit I still somewhat disagree with the statistic. I'll make a CRT and see how it goes.
