Why does a 4D creation skill just scale to ap and not make the character 4D?

Because they themselves are physically still just 3D or whatever?
Having a 4D power doesn't make you yourself 4D, otherwise every character with any sort of time manipulation would be automatically 4D and that obviously aint the case.

The same reason destroying a planet doesn't give you Large Size.
