I don't really remember anything from Dragon Ball that would indicate this, the best that I know of was regenerating arms, which would be more around High-Low.

Pretty sure it's from the time dabura turned piccolo into stone, and piccolo got shattered and he regen from that.

Can I get the Scans?

You do realize Low High is higher than Mid right?
My brain was backwards.

Honestly, I still don't understand how Cell got Low-High from Piccolo if the latter currently have Mid.

Cell is significantly stronger, and actually shows the ability to regenerate from a few cells.

Because Cell literally regenerated from being obliterated by his own self-destruction.

What I mean is how did Cell survive that if his regen came from a Namekian (like what DMUA except for the fact that AP doen't effect regen.)

Because Akira Toryiama said so. Ya know. For suspense and a Father-Son Kamehameha!

Freeza's ability to survive even when horrifically wounded like being cut in half or into a bunch of pieces + Piccolo's ability to regenerate = Cell being able to survive and regenerate even when only a cell is left.

Cell has Regenerationn from Namekians and Freeza, of course his regen would be monsterous. He is a 'perfect' weapon.

As for Piccolo regen, I have wondered this too. But the instances where piccolo regenerated are at best High-Low or Low-Mid. I dont remember once him surviving with just a head. And to add, it is same on OBD I believe. I think it might just be we copied the power from there to here without much thought.

Yeah, that specially says that he can Regenerate so long as his head isn't damaged.

Piccolo also regenerated from being stone in that scene, oddly enough.
Then we need to upgrade his Regenerationn?

Or likely change it to (Low-Mid to High-Mid)

I love how a quick question turned into a content revision board.

We've actually been over this, Piccolo body was broken and when Dabura died his body turned back to normal and he regenerated and then he states that so long as his head remains he can regenerate.

This is how Piccolo survived, it was just off screen, just because he's only regenerated of screen doesn't mean he can't do it, Piccolo has no reason to lie and to say he didn't regenerate is basically saying Piccolo just resurrected himself or just disregarding his statement.

I don't agree with changing his Regenerationn

Doesn't explain how he changed from stone to normal, but in this scene, only his arms appear to be broken off, and he describes his regen as effective as long as his head is still intact.

Intact doesn't necessarily mean attached to his body though.

When Dabura died Piccolo and whoever else he turned to stone returns to normal, nothing more, nothing less.

I actually thought he broke into more pieces but looks like I was wrong. Well it seems when Piccolo says "intact" he means head to body, since he has to mentally active his Regenerationn he could send the signal through his body. This would mean he could regenerate arms, legs and possibly a holes but would die from decapitation.

So going by the Regenerationn page it would be Low-Mid. I guess a downgrade is in order.

That would be Piccolo, Kami, Nail, King Piccolo and Lord Slug

It kind of looks like to me that the head broke off but it's hard it tell I know in the anime he was broken much more clearly

I agree with Dark649.
