Why are Goku and Beerus not High 3-A or Low 2-C

So I'm really curious of why Goku and Beerus are not considered High 3-A or Low 2-C since during their clash, they were able affect the otherworld and the kaioshin realm and they were going to destroy all of it. Wouldnt that feat mean that Goku and Beerus are able to affect multiple 3-D realities since the otherworld and the kaioshin realm are on another plan of 3-D existance meaning that their attack is 4-D. This would make sense since people usually cant travel between the otherworld and the living world. Maybe Im just delusional and im just curious. Im not trying to upgrade them or anything just curious. So curious that i made an account just for this lol.

They were stated to be able to destory the physical matter of the universe. Not the entire space-time continuum which is required for low 2-C. High 3-A is reserved for characters with infinite 3-D power which no character has demonstrated at this time.

They mentioned that it would leave the universe in a void which can also mean the space time continuum i think. And im pretty sure that being able to affect multiple 3D plains of exsitance like the living world and the otherworld is a 4D feat. Again i might just be ignorant.

True in some cases, but space is a void, so time-space destruction would likely still need to be clarified.

Not even remotely. Multiple 3D structures are still a collection of 3D structures.
