He was a member who came into the wiki a couple years back and started making some revisions on DB, Undertale and the like.
Then things didn't go too well and then he launched a gigantic rant on AKM, and after that, he got a one-year ban which he wanted to be extended to permanent.
Not long after he makes two accounts, both of which get denied access.
And then the TioKill account successfully registers which stays for a while but shows the same tendencies and characteristics as Charmander and IP addresses matched so ban the hammer went.
Next up, Charmander promises not to make anymore socks and files an appeal for an unban. Not long after, an account named Sans015 pops up but a month later it too is outed as a sock and banned while being caught out for bad behavior. The account also appeals but fails.
Finally, we come to Yellow Topaz. Same verses, same behavior and tendencies as Charmander, around which time Sans015 is further proven by StrymULTRA to be a sock of Charmander and the ban is made even more permanent. A month later, Topaz gets a ban for toxic behavior. AGAIN. Right after that ban in September, Charmander files an appeal and is asked to wait a year without any rulebreaking before he gets it, all the while using the Topaz sock to screw around with the wiki and having broken it well before he even made the appeal, so 5 months before he'd be eligible for appeal, boom. Topaz is found out to be a sock and banned.
That's pretty much the whole story about him.
@StrymULTRA can tell you more, maybe the DB goons too, since Topaz was planning on making some Dragon Ball downgrades and shit, that's around where Charmander's sock was found out.
Oh yeah, every single one of his appeals were categorically rejected time and time again.
