If they find stuff that they normally wouldn’t funny it’s empathic manipulation, if the user just did something really funny it’s social influencing, if they’re laughing without experiencing the emotions it’s body puppetry.

To better context, is a special bullet, everyone who is affected by the bullet will laugh for 10 minutes and wont be able to stop
