Character A scales far above a 1.2 Gigaton, to the point that they are equal to a character who one shots a character who one shots the dude in a form that is much stronger than base, and in base he did a 1.2 Gigaton feat.

Character B is like 2.57 Gigatons, and 3% away from Large Mountain level+

And yes this thread is made because of a VS thread, and I wanna know the result.

One shots would simply make A unquantifiably stronger than the value they scale to, so B is stronger due to scaling to a value more than 2× stronger than A's

technically speaking, by wiki rules, a character who one shots characters who one shots characters who one shots characters that scale above 1 gigaton would be weaker than a character who scales to 1.001 gigatons
logically speaking, there's no way to know though, and a match could just end up becoming headcanon, even accepted vs threads that have an issue like that technically have no way of knowing if it's correct or not
I always am a little annoyed when characters in verses just keep scaling "so much higher!!!!!" instead of introducing new feats of power cause of this
