It is unknown if Metal Bat's fighting spirit reached its peak during Garou vs Metal Bat and there was nothing to suggest such, I think it would be more reasonable to change the key to "With fighting spirit"

When fully amped by fighting spirit key

"Fully" was put down because that was the highest showing of his with fighting spirit and I felt it shouldn't be automatically assumed his spirit can increase his power further without evidence, as to not fall under NLF.
"Fully" was also used to articulate that this key was detailing the maximum showing of his fighting spirit, not previously when he was still being amped by FS, but not nearly as strong as he got during the end of the fight.
However since it's just minor semantics I'll take take out the "fully" if you guys want.
