What's with the upgrade?

Building to country/planet level is huge! Where did it come from?

I beat Earthbound Zero awhile ago and I don't really recall her having planetary or even country level feats, unless you're scaling her to Maria who created Magicant with just her mind or Giegue who warped the planet. Could someone fill me in onto that?

I'm not sure if AP can be scaled to Giegue, as none of them actually managed to hurt him. They did tank his attacks, though, so they should probably have planet level durability.

They weren't even fighting properly though. Giegue was just trying to get Ninten on his side.

She sould be downgraded back to what she was.
