What's the ability to manipulate, warp and produce any and all phenomenon? What would this ability categorized as?

Sounds like Causality manipulation.

A phenomenon is a fact that is observed to have happened/to be true.
Being able to warp and control that is very vague without further exemples of how it is used.
Causality Manipulation could be fine though. A phenomenon is the effect of a cause. Stopping a phenomenon means that despite an effect, the cause didn't happen. Forcing a phenomenon means that despite the lack of cause, an effect happened.
As an exemple.
Being wounded by a gun is a phenomenon. Stopping the phenomenon is not being hurt by the shot despite it happening (when the shot would normally hurt you). Causing the phenomenon is giving a gunshot wound to someone despite no guns being shot. Warping it would be anything that changed the effects of the shot in the person.

Sadly it's only stated manipulate phenomenon that is thought or desired...basically meaning it solely depends on the user's knowledge other than that it's shown to be the sole cause of many events that happened in the verse. Basically the object manipulating these phonemenons is a magic map that was born before the beginning of time.... probably.

Yeah, what Ricsi said. This sounds too vague and feats are needed for it to be a specific power. I generally do agree like above that this can be seen as Reality warping/ Causality manipulation. But this same thing can be done through other methods like what you mentioned. It depends really.

Yes. It also seems like any thoughts or desires the user of the map has would create these events ranging from people being fated to die and revived a very specific amount of times to causing events and impossibilities to occur such as forcing a vow to become true with a single thought and causing disorder to the Yin-Yang Theory which is used to determine good auspicious or bad disastrous destinies or omens.

Heck, abstract phenomena is also a thing. So for now I think this should be causality manipulation until I found something new.
