Heinz Doofenshmirtz vs Re-Destro.
As well as
Re-Destro vs Senator Armstrong. (Both are guys in business outfits with physical Statistics Amplification that darkens their bodies.)
& also Joker vs Joker. (Technically, they share a Low 1-C Tier, but I think it's stil a partial stat stomp since 1 of them isn't that tier for all of their relevant stats.)
The Punisher (Any version.) vs any of Hisoka, Orochimaru, or Icedevimon (Lacks a profile, but Digimon scaling means it's dubious his tier would match, even against Cosmic Ghost Rider The Punisher's 3-C.).
Ladybug vs Ledian (Ladybug doesn't have a 7-B nor a Low 7-B Key & Ledian doesn't have a profile; Pokemon scaling would put it at Low 7-B for Ledyba & 7-B for Ledian, if Ariados is any precedent.)

Krypto the Superdog vs Underdog (Considering both of them are basically super-powered dogs that has nearly the same powers as Superman has. Both of them shares some similarities. But sadly, this doesn't work since high-end Krypto is only 6-C compared to Underdog's 5-A rating)

I mean let's face it, both girls have some supernatural abilities and spent their time in islands. One's a psychic hippie who is probably the most hax'd character to not be Izzy in the entire Total Drama verse while the other is a witch.
Edit: Okay, Dawn and Luz would still have a decent fight if it were hand-to-hand combat only, but otherwise Dawn's straight-up ash.

John Taylor vs Constantine
This one's pretty simple. Both are detectives with supernatural powers that also deal with supernatural things and their names are both John.
Soma Cruz vs Sakuya Izayoi
Both are pretty similar. White hair, eyes constantly changing colours, cool time stop powers, have something to do with vampires.
Employee (with Big Bird weapon) vs Jax
They both use lamps as weapons. That's it.

Arthur Dayne vs Black Knight (Arthur Dayne, a knight with a magical and nearly indestructible sword forged with the material of a star meteorite vs Dane Withman, a knight with a magical and nearly indestructible sword forged with the material of a star meteorite. Both are obviously inspired by Arthurian legends, and the creator of Arthur Dayne it's most likely inspired by the Black Knight from Marvel comics, because he's a Marvel fan.)

Kaidou Vs Yujiro Hanma would be such an amazing match, thematically. Both overwhelmingly powerful “ogres” who are considered “The Strongest Creature” within their respective settings.

John Doe VS Hajime Hinata
Both have served as both heroes and villains in their stories. They started out as insecure teens wanting to obtain power in order to stand amongst those who have extraordinary gifts (abilities/talents), making them superhumans. They eventually obtain their own gifts, allowing them be not only on the same level as their classmates, but far stronger. Both have power mimicry related abilities.
