What would the Winters Howl tier be? (COD Zombies)

I stated before on JFKs talk page and another thread that I believe that the Winters Howl is a 9-A weapon like the Ray Gun

Here you can see him freezing multiple Zombies with just two shots. They go on to completely combust as he runs into them.

Wanna get an idea if this meets the wiki's standards for freezing.

Should also mention Kennedy and Nixon having stuff like Insta Kill and Nuke on their profiles kinda feels out of place. Considering they can't usually control those power ups, or when those power ups drop (Thats Sammanthas doing.). They usually also need to kill a zombie to get access to those abilities.


How that would apply to the other zombies characters I have no idea.
