What type of intelligence is this?

Basically if a character struggles in all academic fields just because it's way too fast for him, can't form a coherent conversations for the same reason (it takes him too long to form a sentences, that won't sound too cringe or nonsensical) and etc. But he heavily capitalizes on his prep time, good at gathering a lot of information and with prior knowledge about anything, he could score A or A+ in any of academic fields, with enough planning he could make extremely complex and efficient strategies and complete some enormous amounts of work, comparable to one of the best workers in those fields. Basically, he can't keep up with others from the scratch, but with some prep time he shows some impressive intelligence/competence feats

I would say Genius with prep time, but otherwise at least Average.
