Say there is a verse with several hierarchies, the first one being dimensional space and then the later ones are outerversal, each hierarchy being completely qualitatively superior to the last.

Then, we are introduced to a character who is said to be beyond the parameters of most mathematics, is considered to be totally unreachable on the grounds that things such as hierarchy are properties of mathematics that they are completely above, and their true form is absolutely incomprehensible no matter what kind of beyond-dimensional "spaces" you can understand.

On this tiering system, where would such a character fit?

It depends, but this sounds similar to the parameters possessed by Featherine Augustus Aurora. I'd say either an extremely high end 1-A at the low end, with the high likelihood of High 1-A, and a possibility of 0 if there's no one above them, depending on the setting.
