What tier would this be?

Let's say that there is dimension that contains 100 billion of years of timeline's past. That dimension is part of the universe. If you destroy that universe's timeline what tier would it be?

Low 2-C. The way Tier 2 works this extra dimension worth of timeline wouldn't make it 2-C or anything, or even raise it beyond baseline Low 2-C. Your going to need full extra separate timeline to reach higher.

I see, thank you. Is it possible for those 100 billion years of timeline to exist solely in one point of universe's timeline (if that makes sense)? Would that mean that if you destroy universe's timeline you would destroy those 100 billion years of timeline across every point of universe's time?

I hope this makes sense and that i explained it well.
