What tier would it be to punch a 1cm wide cube inside a tier 0 realm?

So tier 0 is a great big number of spatial dimensions, right? So what would it be to destroy an non-universe sized really small cube portion of a tier 0 realm or structure?

Also on that note, what cardinal number is tier 0?

I think that if a domain is tier 0 because of the size of its space, then destroying any part of that domain would be a tier 0 feat.
On the other hand, if a domain is tier 0 because of the number of objects it contains, then the feat would be measured by the object destroyed.

Also on that note, what cardinal number is tier 0?

Mahlo is the baseline.
