So let's say there's a character named Rob. Rob destroys the concept of mugs; Mugs don't exist anymore. There's no evidence of them ever existing across a 2-A verse. What tier is Rob?

Okay, now that I think of that, this makes no sense. That's like saying destroying a rock is Earth Manipulation. This feat was out of raw power btw.

You can’t destroy a concept without conceptual manipulation, and I don’t know if destroying every mug across infinite universes via raw power is a quantifiable feat. You could assume High 3-A, but that feels sketchy.

oh, and another thing, in this specific scenario, thanks to mugs being gone, people just sort of... drink coffee out of glass cups... not very important but I found that kind of funny.

Yeah, Rob would just have Conceptual Manipulation. Effecting it on a 2-A level just means that he has Multiverse+ range with conceptual manipulation
