DDM seems to treat it as barrier which is limited 5D that is not superior. and that means anyone capable of traveling between spacetime has a limited ability to move through a 5th axis. but then that also means anyone 2-C or higher has limited capability to affect this axis as well as being able to break that barrier to destroy 2 independent space-time

Pain treats it as a void and more explanations there
