What tier is this IQ feat be placed at

Basically if a character (who I'll call A) stalks targets (and I'll separate these guys into two ppl B and C), A observes their plans and make it part of theirs too and deceives them onto making them killing each other by accident (like they acted too quick).
So would this be placed at above average only?

Kinda depends on how it happens ig. Even an average person could be like "Yo this other dude ****** your wife" to both of them, and that could realistically work depending on who they are.

It should be like this
B and C set up a plan to kill A. And A is like "Please swap my position with one of you", then he just tricks C into getting in B's trap by faking a scenario and get killed accidentally
