Baba AllIsDone doesn't have to be a suicide attack

The Baba page lists Baba as "3-A suicide or self-incapacitation attack with ALL IS DONE". But I think that it could use a more detailed set of rules to do this 3-A attack without killing or incapacitating itself.

It could assemble some rules that say "Water is not done" and "All on water is not done", and having itself and these rules and any other necessary rules on the water. And maybe it could also keep some set of stuff on the water that's like turing-complete or whatever we call it, enough to build any amount of in-game objects and words it wants after the "All is done" sentence is destroyed/disassembled.

Baba would survive this attack and retain all its powers. The only way it would still be kind of self-incapacitation is that Baba can only very slowly recreate the stuff it destroyed, and maybe it wants that stuff. It doesn't need that stuff though. It would just be bored.

This version of the attack leaves the universe's water alive, and anything on water, but still might be large enough to count as 3-A. A more complicated set of rules using "Near" and maybe "Group" could probably be designed that only preserves things within a certain range around Baba.

One could argue that Baba is never canonically capable of doing this version of the attack, because the only level with the word "Done" lacks the word "Not" or any properties other than "Stop" and "You". To do this version of the attack, it would need to gather items from different levels, which isn't something that in-game it can do. But maybe we should consider Baba to be able to slowly push words across a long distance to bring them between the levels. This structure could also be assembled in the in-game level editor, if that counts. And Baba individually has each piece of equipment needed at some point, just not all at once. It's essentially a character that at one point obtains a weapon that can destroy the universe, and at another point obtains a protection that can save it from the weapon, but never has both simultaneously in the storyline. All of these angles could be used to argue that Baba is canonically capable of this version of the attack.

Resident Baba expert here,

Unfortunately, ALL IS DONE overwrites all other rules. If you make ALL IS DONE and BABA IS NOT DONE, ALL IS DONE ignores BABA IS NOT DONE and destroys all of spacetime anyways.
