What tier is punching so hard you connect 2 universes in the multiverse together?

What tier is it if a character punches so hard they break they created a small hole via "breaking dimensional barriers" that ends up connecting 2 parallel universes in the multiverse together.

Is that 2-C?

Edit: side note, it's a 2-A multiverse.
