What tier does shaking a star give?

The characters of mondaiji tachi have consistent feats of shaking stars? What tier does that give? I remember someone calculating the tier for shaking a planet and it came out to country level, however i have no idea what tier shaking a star would give, and if it's even quantifiable.

Additionally the characters have feats of their punches being comparable to the breaths of stars, but again not sure what this gives.

Shaking stars would probably involve moving the star slightly. I don't have time to do a full calc, but rest assured it would be around 2 x 10^20 tons of TNT, or Tier 5-C | Moon Level

The breaths of stars sound real confusing. I assumed that it meant a solar flare, which would place their punches somewhere between 6-C and 6-A.

I don't know how you'd shake a ball of gas and plasma but the above seems pretty good
