(Punch out!!!) A small question about a shaking feat

You might be able to calculate kinetic energy of the thing being shaken but I'm not too sure
 
I don't think there was evidence of tectonic plates being effected or the underground damage being crazier than the vibrations in the surface.

Oh no no, just shaking the ring in a rather violent way, nothing like that.

Considering this doesn't clearly gets in that "earthquakish" type of feats, i was wondering if there was a method to calculate the shaking of just the ring.
