What speed tier would you be for traveling a universe super fast

If you mean traveling across the entire universe, doing so "super fast" would presumably be some degree of Massively FTL+. But, without a timeframe, we can't know the exact speed

So if you travelled across an infinite sized universe super fast would that count as infinite speed?

No, It doesn't matter as long as there is no statement that it has traversed infinite space.
