a question if there is a book that contains all the past present future and their destiny and is called true history and if importing how many changes in the history it only creates new pages but they are not able to edit the history they only create new pages and an edit character history traveling time changing events as qualifies

Do you mean that the character travels through time using a book and changes parts of the story?

He does not travel in time changing events but the book cannot be changed since it is all the story and the destination even when there are changes he only creates pages but they never change the original story but he is able to edit and change the book with his time travel
