Clothes just refer to outward manifestation, that is, the essential and accidental properties of an individual. The webtoon elaborates upon this far better, even going to posit substrate theory, that is, there is an underlying substance "upon" which these properties are founded upon. The relation here implies that there exists a universal which is exemplified/instantiated by these substances in order to bear these properties (-> otherwise there would be nothing to explain the "relations" between individuals. For example why multiple people share the "property" of being good at stabbing. And there is also stated to be a "Concept of Clothes"), so overall, H1-A+ as per the CM page. You could refer to the PSW cosmology page as well.

Pretty sure VSBW wouldn’t be willing to grant anything for this; High 1-A+ I believe is strictly modal realism and nothing else. Also, you shouldn’t trust the CM page; the mods here don’t actually appeal to the descriptions you see there when approving smthn. (CM1 is not actually treated like a Universal for some reason even though the descriptions says it must)

Really? I remember Ultima saying that self predication is sufficent for H1-A+. I could care less about the way the wiki treats misappropriates definitions anyway.

No that isn't universal scale, it's universal in it's quality. As in all under its domain are influenced by it.

It's not about substrate theory, it's about universal realism that is entailed from it and mentioned inverse, which, in this instance, is a necessary existence.
