What level of regen is this?

First of all, what exactly does frostbite do, because Shichika can temporarily resist it more than a normal person.

Secondly, if someone gets completely frostbitten down to the bone throughout all four limbs, but then regens from it in minutes, what level of regen is that?

Frostbite is when parts of your body freeze to the point of losing function. They'll usually be usable again if you heat them back up, but there will be lasting damage. It's probably only mid-low in most cases.

If the frostbitten parts are described or depicted as turning black, that means they experienced total cell death in the area in question. Having your limbs completely regenerate from this point is probably low-mid. It wouldn't be that different from regenerating them entirely.
