What kind of NEP would this be?

I'm wondering what kind of NEP would this be, I'm thinking NEP 3 but that's mainly because I don't fully understand how a character qualifies for NEP 2. From what I see it seems NEP 2 is not about being in between 1 & 0 (existence and non existence respectfully) but more so about being neither but simultaneously both? Correct me if I'm wrong ofc, the wiki's explanation of it is a little confusing. Anyways, if anyone could confirm or deny what lvl of NEP that ss would be I'd appreciate it thanks.

I think it's just Type 1 with some kind of Void Manipulation to alternate between states of existence. Type 2 is a more abstract sense than Type 1 and to qualify these characters usually have a Nonduality Type because as I said, it's more abstract than Type 1, being non-existent even in relation to a Dual system (being neither 1 nor 0).

I'm not sure about that, the ss is pertaining to a lifeform (if you can even call it that) known as collapsals in Arknights. Collapsals lack a further concept of nonexistence than just physical, that much is confirmed. Though some collapsals due have void manip I don't think it's used for the ss above, but regardless I kinda blindsided you with the post so for further context check this out and lmk what your thoughts are after doing that
