A question about type 2 concepts and NEP 1

Transient Beings are aspects of reality given form. They are the concept that they embody. If they were to bizarrely die, said concept would disappear.

However in their most natural state, they become "less than nothing" until somebody summons them back into reality. But the concept doesn't disappear from reality? Does this make them NEP 1 beings? and if so how come the reality doesn't feel it. Would this just be another case of fiction being fiction? or would this be an anti feat for type 2 concepts for Transient Beings
