Well, a characters can't use his power in the future because he already exist in this future, They powers interactes and create a disrupting because they aren't supposed to exist at the same time

but after some times the characters can surpass this and use his power because....logic?

What is this? resistance to a Form of PowerNull? a Space time stuff?

After questioning what was actually going on for a while, I can safely say he simply either overcame the powernull or just developed a resistance.

If it's yes, then no. The timelines are separated so no paradox happens. At most it's Resistance to Merger Sponge Paradox.

Honestly, that part feels extremely similar to Android Saga. There's contradictions of the main universe Sailor Moon being the same person as NQS from the same timeline and as such, they'd be treated as two different parallel timeline versions of Usagi.
