What ability, resistance or state of being would be given to a character that are outside of, absent from and/or unaffected by the systems and principles of

Logic: which governs the reasonings behind how all things in the world can occur
Theory: which governs the explanation behind all things

I was thinking more along the lines of being some form of Acausality possibly

Acausality is the ability to act unrestrained by conventional cause and effect, on a scale that varies depending on the character. For some characters, this means not being affected by changes to the past; for others, this means defying all logic and acting with disregard for traditional causality.

The character being absent/unaffected by the principles of science, logic and theory means they essentially exist in a state where the natural laws of the world govern by science can't affect them, the principle of reason which governs how and why all things can occur can't control them and the principle of theory which is used to explain all phenomena that occurs in the world cannot be used to define/explain them

I get where Law and Info Analysis resistance might come from but Stealth Mastery seems like an add choice.

Well depends if Theory and Logic including Cause and Effect, I only added Stealth Mastery because they would be unable to be explained nor encompassed by reasoning.

And I’m guessing that if they do then it’s Acausality (likely Type 4) if Science, Logic and Theory encompasses/includes cause and effect but if it doesn’t then it would be something like Law Resistance and Info Analysis Resistance and Stealth Mastery

I swear, all this vague questions are so hard to answer
Anyway, from what is described
1. Science encompassing law of physic, which mean physics hax and a small scale of law hax that encompassing physic only
2. Logic, to be fair, there probably a Logic hax, but not many verse have it so it is currently under Law hax. Logic, like Law is very broad in meaning, it could even mean abstract Law and Logic which is Conceptual
3. Theory, is even harder to evaluate, it is broader, the same as Logic, as it could even mean fundamental concepts and infomations, as you said it is a system of idea

So from what you described, all of this could well mean information type 2, conceptual type 2 and 1, law/logic, physic as well as possibly causality and fate, time

With these contexts, resistance to "information manipulation" and "law manipulation" can be given. It is difficult to report certainty for its continuation.

To some extent, I think it can: Still, it seems like context is needed:

Resistance to law manipulation
Partial Information Manipulation resistance
Possibly Causality manipulation

If the causality system is at a different level for the character himself, it will most likely be Acausality type 4.

Info analysis can also give resistance.

Depending on the situation, it can perhaps be used in conceptual manipulation. Not precise.
