What is this ability??

This character can break their Mind, Body, and Soul up into 3 different entities. 1 being the Mind without a soul, or body. 1 is the body without the mind or soul. 1 is the soul without a body, and mind. if that makes sense. All 3 when separated can have their own experiences, form their own memories, and act independently, but can become unified when a cause arises. This isn't a permanent state, and this stat can only be maintained for about 1 week (7 days) or else the character completely dies.

Wouldn't this just be applications of Mind and Soul Manipulation, plus maybe Avatar Creation?

That said, Fission should definitely become its own ability seeing as Fusionism exists.
