What is the difference between universe and realm?

Realm is an ambiguos term, it depends of the context, it could be a house, country, planet, pocket dimension, etc.

Realm doesn't have a fixed size and depending on the context it could be as big as an higher-D structure, as big as a normal universe, as big as a planet, as big as a city or whatever.
