For a bit of extra fun you could even split this into two rounds by saying the first one is that ot would only remove Cursed Energy in exchange while keeping their original verse's power system and the second round being it removes their verse's power system in exchange too.

Bit confused how a Heavenly Restriction would even operate in another verse.

Would it make them superhuman in comparison to other humans in that verse or would it just increase their stats to Toji/Maki's level?

For the sake of this thread assume that it would put them at least in a position in the respective verses tiering that is relative to what Maki and Toji are. Really strong but a couple tiers down from the peak of power.
