What if Dragon Ball's Striking Strength didn't scale to Ki attacks?

So, hypothetically, what would Dragon Ball's power meta look like if none of the characters' Striking Strength scaled to their Ki attacks? Does anyone have an idea of what the characters' Striking tiers would be under those circumstances?

For the sake of everything, all feats that are done via Ki in this scenario (such as the Moon, Planet, Dwarf Star and Solar System feats) would only be with Ki Blasts and other Energy Projection techniques. The characters' physical strikes would scale completely independently of these. What are the Striking feats and what results would we get from them?

Characters have striking feats where they punch or physically destroy ki blasts in pretty much every saga, so not much would change if those stayed.

Otherwise characters have harmed individuals at points ki blasts from weaker characters haven't.

There would be changes, but nothing that major.

I mean yeah, but I was picturing a hypothetical situation where even those don't count. I know that how you explained it is how things actually work, but I'm more wondering how things would be if none of the feats of scaling to Ki blast stuff happened.

The BoG saga had a ki and strike 3A feat and Low 2C came from a non ki or strike related scaling

Basically DBS would stay the same. Pretty sure DBZ and DB would be stuck at a lower rating than their ki blasts by a wide margin. Might even be stuck at 7A for most of DBZ.
