What happened to the MLP verse's power?

Haven't checked this verse in a while, so I'm very curious in what and how happened with MLP characters tiers. Because when I checked last time strongest tiers were somewhere at large city - mountain level or low 6-C. It has to do something with that moment in the first season with moving stars (I read the discussions, yes), but still this looks strange to me.

People here decided to accept the Star Level feats because the only reason they didn't accept them before was because we didn't see any destructive feat on that level, but there are a lot of verses out there that are really powerful without destructive feats, so, they're Star Level now.

Well, I'm glad they figured it out. At least all my worries have been proved and now there's a reason for me to leave this fandom as the verse and it's characters appeared to be much stronger than I can sympathize to.
