For that matter, isn't it even sillier because the Dovahkinn's magic shouts are done using Dragon Language, which they only know a limited selection of words from?

Sure, none of the victims likely speak dragon, but imagine the last thing you perceive before getting reduced to atoms is, like... someone argumentatively yelling at you in broken English.
