What does "Interdimensional" mean.

Interdimensional usually means an alternate universe or pocket dimension.
Depends if those are spatial dimensions or just other universes/realities.

Interdimensional mean you can reach fomr one dimension to another, even between pocket dimension, it is a broad term

Will it be 5D if it also includes timeline destruction(4D)?

If it has no transcendence over 4D it's at most going to be 4D.
