Recently, i found out that we don't consider the DBZ Anime and the Movies to take place on the same universe. So i want to know what we do consider to be part of the Anime universe.

Is the "Episode of Bardock" part of the Anime universe or the Movies? What about the Trunks TV Special? And the Broly movies?

"Bardock - The Father of Goku" and "The History of Trunks" are considered canon to the continuity of the TV anime because they not actually movies but TV specials. Along with that, they were written to tell stories within the confines of that timeline, unlike the majority of the movies which are simply fun and wacky side-stories — the former is a prequel, and the latter tells the story of Trunks before the Android Saga in the TV anime.

"Dead Zone" is considered canon because, on top of posing no significant contradictions, Garlic Jr. reappeared later in his own arc between the Frieza Saga and the Android Saga, solidifying his existence and the movie as canon to the TV anime, and because the Daizenshuu 7's timeline acknowledges its presence, something not done for the other movies.

"Cooler's Revenge" is canon to the TV anime because that movie also doesn't pose any significant contradictions while also being recognized by the Daizenshuu 7's timeline and being referenced in GT.

On that note, since Goku possesses the Dragon Fist and seems to be familiar with the move during GT, one could argue that "Wrath of the Dragon" is canon to the TV anime, but there are no explicit references to that movie present in the TV anime, other than the Dragon Fist.
